1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the lb18 platform and all its services. When you register on this site or use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Some relevant definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The lb18 website and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who uses services through a registered account on lb18.
• "Account" — The personal account assigned to each member, through which deposits, withdrawals and gaming activities are conducted.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in meaning, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on lb18 and participate in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in all accounts being closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Conditions

At the time of registration, a member must:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Use a secure password and not share it with any third party.
• Provide an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Read and understand these Terms fully before giving consent.

If false information is provided, lb18 reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The services of this platform may be restricted to certain regions. Attempting to use the service from a restricted or excluded region may result in account cancellation.

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

lb18 reserves the right to verify the identity of each member. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or in the case of any suspicious transaction:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the lb18 support team immediately. The site uses SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

3.3 Third-Party Use

Betting or gaming from another person's account is prohibited. You may not authorise any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Policy

Funds can be deposited into your lb18 account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.

4.3 Refund Policy

Funds once deposited are not refunded for any reason; however, you may submit a withdrawal request at any time. In cases of fraudulent transactions or rule violations, lb18 reserves the right to freeze the account balance.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on lb18 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at lb18, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be withdrawn before the specified conditions are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• If the bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance will expire.
• Unusual betting patterns while using a bonus — such as placing maximum bets on one side and minimum bets on the other to meet conditions without real risk — may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• lb18 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on lb18 are conducted according to specific rules. The rules of each game apply individually, and it is the member's responsibility to read them before starting a game. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the account.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, the outcome of each market is settled after being confirmed from an official source. If a match is cancelled or suspended, the following rules apply:

• If cancelled before the match starts — bet is void and funds are returned.
• If suspended after the match has started and a specified time has passed — in cricket, the result is valid if the minimum number of overs has been completed.
• If one event in a multi-bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining bets are settled.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on lb18 and will result in account cancellation:

1. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
2. Operating multiple accounts with the intention of improperly claiming bonus benefits.
3. Using computer programs, bots or automated software for betting or gaming.
4. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
5. Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Money laundering using credit cards or third-party financial services.
7. Opening an account under a false identity or another person's name.
8. Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards site staff.

lb18 monitors any unusual activity and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by lb18

lb18 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to submit verification documents within the specified time.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Court order or government directive.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to close their account can contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any active balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. lb18's defined policy will be applied to inactive accounts.

9 Limitation of Liability

lb18 is committed to providing the best service to platform users. However, lb18's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If service is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• For problems caused by third parties (payment providers, game developers).
• Due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or government restrictions.
• For financial loss caused by a member's own carelessness or disclosure of security information.

Participation in gaming and betting activities is entirely the member's own decision and risk. lb18 does not guarantee any wins or profits.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

If a member has any dispute or complaint, they must first contact lb18's support team. Complaints can be submitted in Bengali or English via 24/7 live chat or email. When submitting a complaint, the member must provide their account number, transaction details, and a full description of the issue.

10.2 Resolution Timeframe

lb18 tries to resolve complaints as quickly as possible after receiving them. For complex disputes, a decision will be communicated after all information has been verified. lb18's decision will be considered final.

10.3 Disputes Regarding Game Results

If there is a dispute over the result of any game, the game server log records will be used as the final proof.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

lb18 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Information collected during registration is used only for account management, identity verification, and service improvement.
